Will you deliver to my location?
Absolutely. We are a completely mobile hire business. If you want equipment at your accomodation, favourite part of the lake or to take with you on your holiday, we will drop it off and pick it up where and when you want.
Can I hire for extended periods of time?
Hiring for longer periods of time is common place. Sometimes its nice to have a Paddle Board or Kayak for the whole week so you can get out on the lake first thing in the morning or paddle around before sunset. Of course, if you only want it for a few hours and that is ok as well. Ask for special pricing for longer booking periods.
Is there a fee for delivery?
Delivery is free for full day or multi-day hires. All other hires will incur a small $10 fee for the delivery service.
Bookings and Cancellations.
We acknowledge that weather conditions and situations can arise that may impact upon your hire. We do not offer refunds in the event of cancellations however we will gladly transfer your booking to a suitable time where availability permits. If the weather is looking particularly bad, you will be contacted the day prior to your booking and given the option to reschedule.
Can my kids come on the water with me?
We are more than happy to rent our Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Boards to adults paddling with children aged between 3- 17 years of age under the following conditions.
All children must wear a life jacket.
Any children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
An adult (over 18 years of age) needs to read and sign our Indemnity Form on behalf of the minor.
What is included in the hire price?
All water based hires include all associated equipment. (Paddles and Life jackets).
Can I make a group booking?
We have plenty of equipment to get you out on the water or out riding. We quite often do Hens and Bucks party's and also school bookings, and corporate fun days. Call to enquire on special rates. Bookings essential.
How much notice do I need to make a booking?
You can call any time. However giving as much notice as possible for your hire will greatly increase your chance of getting the time, duration and equipment you require. While every effort will be made to accomodate all last minute bookings, we appreciate your understanding and flexibility during the busier periods.
Do you offer basic lessons?
Sometimes the thought of getting out on the water is a little daunting. We offer basic lessons for beginners to get you started. If you don't feel comfortable paddling alone then we can accompany you also. Call to enquire for pricing.
What will I need to bring?
It is recommended that if you are heading out on the water that you bring a hat, water bottle, sunscreen and a protector for your phone if you want to take itto capture the moment.
How do I pay for my hire?
We do not have credit card facilities. All payments are made in either cash at the time of hire or Direct Deposit prior to the hire.
Do you do Gift Vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available for either a specific dollar amount or activity such as a Stand Up Paddle Board hire for 2 hours. Recipients of gift vouchers can contribute additional funds should the voucher not cover the total cost of their desired activity. Delivery fees still apply.
